Leighton (22050) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 10, 2012
Cask at GBBF 2012, London. Pours clear gold with a faint, bubbly head. Woody orange citrus nose. Medium sweet flavor with more wood, some toast, hay, dried citrus. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly drying to finish with faint dirt, wood and dried orange. Nice.

jackl (8297) - Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - AUG 20, 2012
Cask @ GBBF ’12. Pours deep amber with no head. The nose is sweet caramel, some light cherry sweetness and light herbs. The taste is cherry, woody caramel, and some lightly floral grass. Medium body, soft. This just felt a bit flat and 2-dimensional. Not my thing.

Scopey (15471) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 17, 2012
Cask at GBBF. It pours amber, with no head. The nose is wood, leather, sweat, tinned fruit and a hint of eggy sulphur. The taste is sweet tinned pear, melon, raisin, leather, earth, brown bread and dust, with a dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. So-so.

Ungstrup (38243) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUL 17, 2011
Cask at GBBF 2010. A dark amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of spices, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry finish, where the malt note lingers.

fonefan (50690) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JAN 31, 2011

Cask @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.

Clear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, malt, tobacco - wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100804]

mabel (9245) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 13, 2010
[3285-20100803] Sample. Leather caramel grass aroma has hints of something like rosemary. Clear, amber brown body with a quick bubbly head. Watery caramel grains flavour. Medium body is a little thin. Interesting mild, fairly drinkable.

DJMonarch (9179) - Northwich, Cheshire, ENGLAND - SEP 1, 2010
Cask Handpump at the GBBF, Earl’s Court 04/08/2010 Malt aroma. Mid brown coloured and fruity with some alcohol present. Bitter malt finish.

Ethereal (2421) - Los Angeles, California, USA - SEP 1, 2010
Cask at GBBF 2010, 3rd Aug 2010. Orange amber. Toffee malt nose and flavour. Archetypal boring UK best bitter. Not bad, just achingly predictable.

oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - AUG 23, 2010
[email protected] Deep ambery ruby colour with small brown head. Aroma is fruits, caramel, earth, spices and some mild wooden notes. Flavour is fruits, wood, some mild spices as well as quite grassy notes.

jercraigs (10731) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 17, 2010
2010-08-03. Crisp dark amber body with a small ring of beige head. Mild flavour, light malt, toasty accents, muted grainy finish. Mil aroma, muted malt has a grainy profile, hints at cardboard but it is not oxidation. 4+ Average to light palate borders on flat. Does not impress. Unknown format at GBBF 2010
