Hippoman (646) - Durham, ENGLAND - OCT 1, 2015
Cask at Ye Old Elm Tree, Durham, £3.25/pint. Beautiful looking light amber beer with a smooth and creamy, white head. Sadly the rest of the beer didn’t live up to its appearance. The nose is none too pleasant, grainy and full of damp cardboard and the taste has little to report aside from a slight dryness to the finish and a dominant corn flavour. Crisp but dull golden ale.

niquillis (2752) - Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 17, 2015
Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours golden amber with white bubble. Citrus start, Hallertau hops overtake. An English take on a German helles beer.
