A top quality blonde beer made using only Marris Otter pale malt to give a light and refreshing clean taste. Moderately hopped with Challenger and delicate New Zealand Hallertau hops. This is the perfect easy drinking beer for hot summer days!

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, grain, toasted, pale malt, fruity, light yeasty, UK yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, light UK yeast. Bottle at Langley Castle. It pours clear golden yellow with a small white head. The nose is clean, doughy, honey, leaf and a touch of metal. The taste is clean, crisp, citrus, mild bitterness, dough, honey and grass with a crisp, dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Good clean, crisp golden ale. Decent.
