I lost my notes on the specifics of my tasting. Just have my circled aroma, appearance, taste, palate, overall. That’s what I get for stockpiling ratings. The only thing I remember is some grassiness stood out. JoeZasada (317) - Beaumont, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 21, 2013
Bottle. Pours a light amber, slightly hazy, with a thin white head. Spicy citrus aroma. Taste is Bitter, grassy, notes of spruce and citrus. Toast like malt undertones. Warming mouthfeel, warms with more hop notes. Finish is a grassy bitterness. Quite nice. DuffMan (10610) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 9, 2013
Bottle. Deep golden colour, average white head. As with most beers in this series, the malts here are quite sweet. But the hops are unusually faint, imparting little aromatics and a relatively mild (for a DIPA) bitterness. Not sure of the age of this bottle, but given that ir was a relatively recent release, and I’ve kept it stored at 4 degrees, it shouldn’t be too bad. bulldogops (2726) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 25, 2013
650mL Bomber from work (Coop), 7.5%. Pours a hazy copper with a fairly frothy head. sticky lacing. Aroma is tangerine, lots of piney floral aroma.Taste is mild sweetness (citrusy, piney, floral) and a dominant lingering bitterness - cookie dough, caramel malt character really brought out, really resinous and sticky in the finish. Thanks to Reimer for this. Pour a clear golden with a moderate white top. Aroma is subdued floral and orange hops with some light citrus. Taste is a small bite of floral hops well balanced with grassy grains. pintbypint (3770) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 1, 2013
650ml brown bottle. Golden brew with big white foam. Nose has some fruitiness - pear, maybe light mango, not what I was expecting, but nice. Taste has sweet malts, fruity, grapefruit and heavy citrus rinds. Light spicy hops with citrus at the end. Pretty drinkable, interesting hop profile, doesn’t seem ovey bitter, goes down easily. Draft - Tropical fruit and lemon grass. Clear gold and white head. Lemon grass, resin and a mellow bitterness. Acceptable.

Boring IPA with a mild floral nose and taste. A hint of light tropical fruits and mild toasted malts. Sweet malty base and a few fruity flavours. Good easy to drink brew. andrewturba (1190) - Alberta, CANADA - AUG 3, 2013
