Bottle. Clear gold amber pour with a medium white head. Grain and bread aroma, some floral hops too. Taste is fairly similar predominately malt. Interesting name, decent beer. bulldogops (2701) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 30, 2014
Rating #1107 - May 25, 2014 - Taste of Spruce Grove - Sample from @slingsbot. Pours a golden copper colour with a frothy white head that bubbles away slowly. Aroma is rich, light citrus, hint of grassiness, mild alcohol. Taste is medium to full bodied, and the alcohol is masked slightly with the earthy, floral hops and grassiness, but certainly brings a heavy warmth. Very true to style. andrewturba (1190) - Alberta, CANADA - OCT 10, 2014
Pours a crystal clear deep copper with a large white head that quickly shrinks to a thin white ring. Aroma is strong German maltiness, lightly toasted, biscuits, lightly sweet and lightly floral. Flavour is rich German malts, toast, melanoidins, and a moderately dry finish. AgentAle (1762) - Alberta, CANADA - JUN 20, 2014
Aroma is sweet roasty malts with hints of citrus, lemon grass, and honey . Taste is roasty, caramel and slight hints of honey. Finishes with a well balanced bitterness that leaves a slight tartiness. Body is a gold/amber with a pearl head that retains fairly well. . Masterkush7 (580) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 13, 2014
amber color with about 1 finger of head and mild lacing. Aroma is of lightly roasted malts and grassy hops. Taste is initially lightly sweet with some spiciness followed up by a long hop bitterness in the finish and mild alcohol burn. Overall, this is a very well done Maibock.

Pours a clear golden yellow with a healthy frothy white top. Aroma is a lot of german malts and nobile hops. Taste is a pretty good malt profile of german malts. Lightly hopped. Solid beer. Thanks to boney for this. gramity (1673) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 15, 2011
Clear golden-amber appearance with thick head that quickly disappears but leaves decent lacing. Smell is sweet with a hint of caramel and bread. Picked up citrus and nuts as well.
Taste is sweet with a strong taste of caramel. Fortunately, this doesn’t go overboard with sugar. Picked up malt and bread as well along with nuts and fruit (orange?). Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. After taste is an alcoholic sweetness.
