Draft - Pumpkin, nutmeg, clove, all the right players in balance. Clear amber with minimal head. Spice is held in check, unlike many others, allowing the pumpkin to shine. One of my favorites from this brewery.

650ml bottle bought at the brewery, dark amber-orange color, with a beige head, nice spicy nose of cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, with some pumpkin pie crust, pumpkin, bready, biscuity, toasted, caramel malt notes, with some cinnamon oat, faint spiced granola bar accents in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a very nice spicy pumpkin pie character, with a good cinnamon, nutmeg, clove spiciness, bready, biscuity, toasted, caramel malt, toffee, oatmeal cereal flavour, with pumpkin pie crust, caramelized pumpkin flesh backbone, leading towards a spicy pumpkin pie, lingering biscuity, bread, toasted, caramel maltiness finish. A not overpowering pumpkin ale, that was nice!

[6048-20131109] 650mL bottle. Plasticky cleaner fruity pumpkin aroma. Slightly hazy, orange amber body with a big long-lasting creamy off-white head. Robust pumpkin fruit flavour has a nice pie crust aftertaste. Medium body. Good, great pumpkin brew. (7/4/8/4/15) 3.8

Pours a clear deep copper with nice big white head that after a few minutes amounts to a small white ring around the glass. Aroma is of nice pumpkin pie(cinnamon, nutmeg, and some other spices you may find in pumpkin pie). Flavours consist of pumpkin pie spices, mostly nutmeg, cinnamon, and slightly nutty. definitely one of the better pumpkin beers i’ve had.

Hidden_Pooch (518) - Stratford, Prince Edward Island, CANADA - OCT 24, 2014
Poured a very clear ruby red with a nice off white head. When I took my first whiff I though it was all over. Aroma was of spice, carrot, nutmeg, and a big old dominant soap smell. Luckily that is where the soap ended. Tastes was of cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie, caramel and brown sugar all blended beautifully. Had a medium body with low carbonation. Felt very clean with a nice cinnamon kick near the end. Bad smell, great taste.

Grumbo (3973) - Ipswich, Suffolk, ENGLAND - OCT 8, 2016
Bottle at Aarhus tasting. Pours hazy dark amber with a small off white head. Aroma is pumpkin, and cinnamon. Medium sweetness. Medium body, average carbonation. Spot on pumpkin pie beer.

Powertrip (1000) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 23, 2012
Single bottle purchased from a Calgary Co-op Liqour Store on 09/18/2012. Colour: Beautiful clear dark orange with red hues. Low creamy light brown head. Nose: breaded pumpkin with healthy dose of all-spice. There is some espresso deeply hidden. Of all the pumpkin beers I have tasted in my time - this one has the most pumpkin-like aroma. Taste: Medium-light sweet, medium-light bitter, medium-light sour. Light caramel on-set and then the pumpkin takes over - and combined with the caramel, it truly gives the taste of pumpkin pie. Medium body and slightly sticky. Carbonation is fairly weak but this allows for more of a full pumpkin taste. Spice is curiously dull considering it was prominent in the aroma. Drinkable.

Bottle split at Endo’s, thanks to MJ for the trade, 26/05/13. Very lightly hazed golden amber with a thin off white head. Nose is spiced fruits, clove, sugars, pumpkin, caramel. Taste comprises sweet sugars, steeped fruits, clove, spice, pumpkin, light apricot notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, fruity spicey finish. One of the best (I’m not a big fan) pumpkin beers I’ve had - good balance of sweet and spice.

jercraigs (10886) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 29, 2013
2013-11-09. Crisp dark orange body, large off white head. 3++ Pleasantly spicey aroma, lots of nutmeg I think, sweet malt core. 7+ Smooth average plus bodied palate. Pleasantly sweet malty core, pleasant spice. Very nice stuff, full flavoured yet fairly well balanced. Better than expected! Bottle cellared several months via trade with Ferris
