Compared to a Belgian Lambic this lambic certainly lacks in flavour. I found it to be too light for my liking. It hints at raspberries but never quite tastes of them.
Definitely had a tart dry raspberry finish... But otherwise not much to this beer or can’t think of a great time to have too much of this beer. Had a growler of it and it’s just not as tart as sour beers should be. mabel (10004) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 9, 2014
[5906-20131010] 650mL bottle. Perfumey fruity raspberry aroma. Clear, pale orange pink body with a quick foamy white head. Fruity raspberry flavour is a little tart. Medium body. Interesting. A little perfumey. (6/3/7/3/12) 3.1

Bottle [650ml] shared with GregClow, mds, jerc & mabel -- c/o j&m. Pours a clearish gold-peach with an average size semi-lasting fizzy white head. Odd aroma, not bad but certainly unique, of raspberries, lactic notes, herbal and floral notes and it’s quite perfumey. Flavour’s the same along with a slightly harsh finish. Average bodied. I can see some not liking this but I didn’t mind it. jercraigs (11071) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 18, 2013
2013-10-10. Pink tinged yellow body with a small off white head. Aroma is floral and phenolic, some supririsingly strong perfumey notes, muted raspberry. Flavour is mild, tart raspberry sort of perfumey character is a bit odd at tims. Average to light bodied palate, good carbonation. The bottle is likely quite old at this point unless they have brewed this again so I initially thought that it might be a bit off, but the perfumey character that is the biggest negative for me seems to have been present in earlier reviews as well. Bottle - Yeast and raspberries on the nose. Bubble an highly carbonated clear orange with a white fizzy head. Sweet and tart with heavy carbonation. Not enough flavor or for that matter anything, almost like a very fizzy cheap wine.

Bomber bottle. Pours a clear reddish-pink with a thin pink head. Aroma of fruit and yeast. Taste: A tart raspberry flavour, slightly sour, not overly sweet. Finishes with a raspberry tartness. Perfect carbonation level. Very good example of a ’tart raspberry beer’. gramity (1684) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 24, 2012
Poured pink as if you mixed kool-aid and beer. Aroma is tart raspberry with a floral presence. The taste is quite similar - tartness is present but the real barnyard quality I think they hoped for is lacking. Quite carbonated but overall kind of weak and watery. Glad they had the balls to try it just next time I hope they go balls to the wall. This needed to assert itself more. Powertrip (1000) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 21, 2012
Single bottle purchased from a Sobey’s Liqour Store in Canmore, AB on 08/10/2012. Colour: Dark orange and light brown, with medium-low bright white head. Nose: Raspberry juice, grandma’s perfume, handful of crushed roses, late coffee dough. Taste: Medium-light sweet, light bitter, medium sour. Well as claimed, good and tart of the raspberry sort. Faintest dash of peach. Some light malt shines through in the middle. More long lingering sourness through the finish. Quite 1-dimensional but not mis-led. pintbypint (3924) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - AUG 10, 2012
650ml brown bottle. Pinkish pour, short creamy white cap. Lught white lacing Nose is floral, big raspberries, natural smelling, not too sweet. Taste has a tartness up front, tangy raspberry fruit, a bit of plastic. Dry end. High carbonation, light body. Doesn’t quite come together for me.
