Yellow color that is translucent, but moderate haze. Large moussy head with excellent retention.Medium high banana and clove flavors upfront leading into a medium low soft and slightly grainy malt backbone. The esters give the impression of sweetness, but the beer finishes dry. Very low bitterness, very low hint of noble floral hop flavor. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
