Half-litre flip-top bottle taken on 16 Apr 2011 in the excellent ’Aufsturz’, Berlin. gunnfryd (15330) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 7, 2012
This is a good example of a Southern German Pilsner, smoother than those from the north, but full bodied and showing all the favourable attributes of the style: clear, golden colour, snowy white head and a hop content which is notiveable but not obtrusive in any way.
A little stronger than most Pilsners alcohol wise, but it hides it’s strenght well. Easy to drink and even with a slighty bitter hop aftertaste it is one of the best Pilsners I’ve ever had.

Bottle 500ml @ yngwie ClubGonzo (5685) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 30, 2011
Pours clear golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, corn, grain and grassy hops. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.
Bottle @ Yngwie’s, courtesy of Yngwie. Thanks man! :-) Clear golden body, small white head. Nose is sweet, sticky Kellogg’s Honey Corns, pale malts and hints of dusty hops. Taste is pale malts and honey tones again. Very one-dimensional, but since I like honey a lot, it’s actually drinkable. yngwie (17262) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - OCT 30, 2011
Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body with a finger-thick white head leaving lacings. Rather fruity on the nose, with something resembling Honnicorn. It’s rather thin on the palate, quite dry and with a low level of carbonation. The flavor is pretty much the same, with a touch of bitternses towards the end. A rather boring one, but sure drinkable. 111030 Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - SEP 16, 2011
Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, foamy white head. Aroma of German hops, some grains, dusty and with some sour apple. Flavor is quite bitter, somewhat grainy and a bit dusty but still quite drinkable.
