On tap @ The Gingerman. This is a cloudy looking peach orange colored one with a small sidesticking yeah, white head. Smells a bit like paint thinner. Sour and mild woody. Nice enough but not too amazing really. Oh, this is like drinking vinegar - in a good way! Really sour, sharp, wrenching and lactic! Mild oily in the mouth and it’s softly on the prickling carbonation. Mild malt vinegar with lots of sour tomatoes, green strawberries and sour peaches. Wow, lots of flavor. Almost too much? Liked it! 09.06.2015 ansalon (4145) - Stockholm, SWEDEN, SWEDEN - FEB 13, 2017

Bottle in Seattle. Huge thanks to Andrew for breaking this out for Alberto and I. Cloudy, red-tinged orange. Creamy head. complex red fruit and citrus. Strawberry is nice touch. A little light, soft, perhaps past prime. Fruit is clean, sharp. Overall a mild fruity sour. Tasty, but not very memorable. Thanks! andrewje41 (4342) - Kenmore, Washington, USA - MAY 9, 2016
375 mL bottle poured. Much thanks to Tim for the bottle. I’ve been looking to this bottle for what seems like forever. Very cloudy orange color with a rocky bubble head. Aroma of sour orange, and sweet berry. Flavor is strawberry, mixed berry, and sour orange. Interesting thing about this, it got continuously better as it sits and warms. Sourness a 5/10, but it’s interesting how complex this grows into. Sweet and sour strawberry finish. Worth the long wait for sure, but didn’t quite blow me away either. ippopotamo36 (2575) - Rome, ITALY - MAY 9, 2016
Bottle at Andrew place in USA. Thank you. Cloudy apricot color, little lacing. Nose: red fruit, strawberries, rich funky fruit, apricot. Mouth: bit tart, astringent, sour fruity, mentuccia, herbs. Very complex. Great treat. Thank you sir.

Pours a very hazy dark banana yellow color with straw colored edges and a one finger white head that slowly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Really dark but has nice retention for the style with sporadic streaks of soapy lacing left behind. Paigeturner (101) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - AUG 5, 2015
Funky, musty aroma with some earthy oak and a vibrant vinous fruit sweetness. Slightly sweet smelling with hints of dark grape and strawberry and cream along with a subtle lactic character and prominent funky bugs. The wild yeast adds complexity without overpower the fruit notes. Smells very good!
On the lighter end of medium body with a decent amount of sour acidity along with some dry oak, musty funk, lactic cream and sweet light fruit esters. Kind of feels like a strawberry and cream wild ale with sweet berries and other vinous fruit flavors complimented by acetic acid and a nice oak barrel presence. Some lactic funk lingering subtlety underneath but it never becomes harsh or solvent like. Highly recommended!
Wonderful sour, strawberries dominate nose. Sparkling cider like with peach like after tones. Light fruits through out entire flavors. Some funk and mild Brett. Very thirst quenching with really tart finish.
