Bottle @ home, via trade with bytemesis. Thanks Mike! Pours a hazy yellow orange appearance with a white head. Jesus, there’s a shit ton of fruit in the nose. Tons of strawberries, lemon/orange citrus fruits, funk, and white wine in the nose. Quite tart strawberry, very juicy, funky, vinous flavor with some slight herbal/weedy notes. Really unbelievable how much strawberry is packed into this beer. arminjewell (9720) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - AUG 3, 2013
Pour out of 375 mL bottle, thanks Aaron! Hazy yellow orange pour with thin white head, aroma is big tropical fruits with lots of orange, nectarine, passion fruit, pineapple, strawberry and raspberry, lots of lemon lactic notes, hints of oak as well. Taste is a mix of lots of strawberry, blackberry and raspberry going into big citrus with orange, nectarine, white grape, peach, hints of oak, finishing sweet, sour, and oaky. This is delicious and a great summer beer. JBoan (177) - Arizona, USA - AUG 1, 2013

Bottle thanks to my man, raiders707! Pours Hazy yellow, like a thick unfiltered wheat beer. Thick white head that does not seem to disappear. Nose is funky, Brett, some tropical fruit, pineapple, sour green apple. Taste is of sour, strawberries, grape juice, and tropical fruit. This has got to be my new favorite beer! Just fantastic! dbarnold (1127) - Bethesda, Maryland, USA - JUL 30, 2013
Great sour. Pours blonde with significant carbonation. It’s tart, funky, super drinkable and a lot of subtle fruit. Really well balanced and tasty while being quite funky. Finishes dry. Awesome kcorum10 (349) - Idaho, USA - JUL 30, 2013
Pours a golden color with thin off white head. Aromas of darkness and strawberries. Flavors of strawberries balance well with the sour profile of this beer. Very refreshing. auerbrau (3206) - Ithaca, New York, USA - JUL 30, 2013
Bottle. Thanks for sharing, Sean! Wow. This really put Almanac on the map for me. The aroma on this is one of the best smelling and most intense aromas I’ve ever whiffed, an intoxication, pungent green raspberry and tangerine skins. It’s strong, it’s pure, it’s clean, it’s sour. And that’s most of the body in this beer. The singular fruit flavors really fade on the palate, but I really enjoy the quality of the sour acid, lacking any of the gamey ethyl acetates, acetones, or foot flavors. It’s a really clean, soft, delightful sourness. douglas88 (9690) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 29, 2013
Bottle thanks to Dallas. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A big woody nose with huge berries. The main flavor is strawberries, some woody and yeasty notes, drinkable and tasty. Light tartness and sweet fruit.
