COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Golden Gate Gose is a special draft-only beer inspired by the classic wheat beer hailing from Leipzig, Germany. Traditionally brewed with salt and coriander, our tart California-inspried version is brewed with San Francisco Bay sea salt, lemon verbena and coriander grown especially for us by Dirty Girl Produce in Santa Cruz, California. Fermented with our house saison yeast, this delicate and tart beer is a perfect summer refresher. Pair with fresh seafood and sunshine.

UPDATED: AUG 7, 2017 Sjov, syrlig aroma med eksotiske frugter. Sur og let saltet på tungen, med en lidt flad afrunding.

On bottle from Vinmonopolet Sandefjord. Hazy golden color, some foam. Medium aroma intensity; citrus, red berries, light stable and some fruitiness. Medium body & complexity. Good sourness, some bitterness as well as it is a little bit salty. The best Gose I've tasted so far ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aromat: lekko cytrusowe, limonka, kolendry, slodowe. Odczucie w ustach: pelnia srednia, wysycenie wysokie. Ogolnie: przyjemne kwaskowe piwo, orzezwiajace, raczej stonowane zarowno pod wzgledem soli jaki jak i kwasnosci.

Clear bright golden hue with a nice foamy white top, giving a lovely slightly citric and limey nose that’s gently tart and belgianish golden. Brisk flavor that’s full of Belgian golden grains and a little bit of hay with a nice gentle saline kiss and a whisper of sour tones with a semidry mellow slightly fruity finish. Nice and calm but well made.

650 ml bottle. Pours a clear golden color with little head. Aromas and flavors of salty wheat, light coriander and grass. Classic and refreshing but not memorable.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2017 Tap at monterey bar in Berlin. pours hazy orange. Nose is pineapple, orange, Clementine. Palate is pineapple, most of the acidity comes from it, some honey in the back, a bit watery at the start and the end. Heavy carbonation. Good gose, but a bit one dimensional in the palate, the pineapple is just too pronounced.

Light-med lactic acid with noticeable butyric vomit and sour kraut, combined with light wheat sluty, salty sweetness creates very ripe melons. eh
