COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
US-grown Mosaic hops are an essential in big West Coast IPAs and pale ales, bursting with mango, lemon, pine, and stone fruit flavors and aromas. We blended our wine barrel-aged sour blonde ale with foeder-fermented brettanomyces farmhouse ale to craft a complex base of stone fruit, oak, and earthy funk to compliment the herbal, mango and lemon-like character of Mosaic.

Bottle shared at Chris & Ruth´s House. A hazy pale golden beer with a small most good lasting white head. Aroma of sour greenish fruits, grassy hops, brett. Taste of tart grassy fruits, dry fresh hops, sour yellow fruits, really nice!

375ml bottle .Some slight chill haze, but filtered yellow-tan body.. Thin, steady white head. Zest, bright, dry. Light white wine notes are still these, as are some faint mosaic tones. Not much malt tone, mostly eaten away. Great mouthfeel, great balance. Not as impressive of a display of Mosaic as I had hoped for, but still a solid world class beer.

Hazy pale and thin head. All kinds of dank, weedy mosaic. Has a light body, vibrant, tons of weedy mosaic, and moderate bitterness. Really nice.

On tap. Pour a hazy yellow/amber with light head. Aromas of mashed tropical fruit, grapes and resin. Flavors follow same but with dank Mosiac. Nice enough.

piękny aromat cytrusów, dzikusów, iglaków i nafty. Kwaśne, ale umiarkowanie, fajnie to wspólgra z mosaic’iem, jest tez mango, w finiszu lekka iglasto - ziołowa goryczka, cierpkie. Bardzo przyjemne.
