Taproom draft into a shot-glass showing moderately translucent dark orange with white lacing. Sediments definitely fall out after the aging.
The nose shows subdued apricot.

From notes. Enjoyed at Doug’s house for the Epic Peach and Apricot debacle of a tasting that happened on July 9. 375 mL bottle. The pour is a foggy golden amber color with a thicker white head that vanishes pretty quickly. The aroma is lots of tart and funky apricots. This is pretty intense. There is a brighter barnyard funk to it as you inhale a little deeper. The flavor is very similar. There is a lot of fleshy apricots to go with a strong tart funkiness and a light barnyard on the finish. I was hoping this would be a little crisper on the flavor. The mouth feel is awesome. Bottle from Whole Foods Cupertino. I’m not sure how long it has been in my closet. Light amber color. Slight Brett and cherry aroma. High clarity. Very sour. Almanac beers are always too sour. Very peachy aroma and flavor. Actually pretty good, except for being too sour.
