COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

In bottiglia 75 cl.

eduardovl (1467) - SWITZERLAND - OCT 14, 2014
750ml bottle served in a Thumbler. A: Beautiful bottle art. Big bottle with a plastic wrapper on the cap. Pours a dark orange color and a huge soapy white head. Great retention and lots of lacings left in the glass. Becomes extremely cloudy as it finishes S: Bready and yeasty. Caramel malts, pale malts, candy sugar, spices and flowery hops. Yeats are quite earthy T: Slightly sweet upfront. Notes of malts, caramel malts, candy sugar, flowery hops. Good hops bitterness. Reminds a bit Orval. Good bittersweet balance but with a more dryer and bitter profile against the sweetness. A bit spicy too M: Medium body and good carbonation. Bitter flowery aftertaste O: Good drinkability. Non filtered and non pasteurised. Good quality Italian craft beer [ BA Review @ 12/26/2013 ]
