Chouette bire !

Gi bevuta in passato, la ricordavo migliore. Abbastanza promettente al naso, delude al palato in una confusione di sapori. Non sembra una Ipa

Bottle at Centrolina DC pours a pink/gold with some cloudy, white head. Nose has some peppercorn, grass, straw, light lemon, some candy, yeast. Flavor is much more saison with yeast and pepper, some esters too, straw. Dry finish. Just not an IPA.

This beer looks like a Belgian Wit with a hazy golden color and a big foam head. The similarities stop there. Pepper aroma and hop combination is an odd pairing. Citrus, pine, grape, and pepper create a phenolic taste that has hints of greatness but falls flat.

On tap at The Ginger Man, NYC. Its a hazy one, dark orange-golden in color and with a creamy, off-white head of fingerthick size. The aroma has a faint peppery touch, with oranges, some malts and a generic fruityness. Theres a nice bitterness in the flavor, more pepper than in the aroma and a light malty back. Pink grapefruits too. Full body, smooth and nicely carbonated, with a little pepper burn in the mouth. Long finish. A nice idea, but it should have more attitude. 150624

Aroma of peppercorns and malt with hints of caramel. Pours a great looking caramel color with a lasting white head. Intriguing taste of spice and malt. Dry feel with a slightly bitter finish.

Draft. Amber beer with a cream head. Light grapefruit and light spice aroma. Grapefruit and light spice flavor. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Grapefruit and light pine linger with light spice.

Draught @ The Ginger Man, New York, NY
Pours hazy copper with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, pepper, caramel, hint of yeast and something that reminds me of puke. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long malty and slightly peppery finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
