Hazy amber color with white head. Light citrus aroma. At taste is light bitter, dry with some fruity flavour.

Yellow pour with a white head. The aroma has some herbal and team notes as well as some pepper. The flavor is also quite herbal. I also get some tea, biscuit malt, pepper and medium bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Pours a deep orange with white head. Aroma is citrus sweet, spices and light hops. A very complex flavor with wheat, spices, orange, lemon zest and some hops, but not overpoweringly bitter.

[US West Coast Trip 2013] För att vara en italiensk öl var jag mycket imponerad. Fruktig aroma, kanske lite blommor. Relativt bra beska, lite spretig tyckte jag nog ändå.

UPDATED: FEB 23, 2014 19.06.2013, 0,375l bottle @ NY hotel room:
Slightly fizzy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry and fruity, light malts, pepper, hops, hay, yeast, herbs, cereal. Taste is dry, slightly metallic, light malts, hay, hops, herbs, yeast, grass, pepper, caramel. Medium bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Fair enough, should have had more pepper in it.

August 2011. Bottle. My experience with Italian beer has been a lot of hit and miss - mostly miss, but this one was a nice surprise. Really nice and complex IPA with all the right things. Good one!

Scent of almond and pepper. Yes... You can smell it. Pours a deep golden color with a tall white head. Nice lacing. The pepper really comes through on the flavor and the almond adds a subtlety that makes this IPA just right. It is interesting an definitely worth a shot. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330 ml bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Pours tiny hazy golden with a frothy and creamy offwhite head that leaves a thick foamy trace on the glass while dissipating. smell is sweet, spicy and tiny fruity with crackers, old bread, cereal, rose pepper, orange zest, lemon zest, grapefruit juice, overripe tropical fruits, lemon hard candy, green grapes, grass and hints of compost. Taste is bitter and spicy with crackers, grapefruit juice, grass, pine needles, cereal, resinous wood, dill, rose pepper, passion fruit, black tea, orange peal, lemon peal, bergamot and hints of papaya. Mouthfeel is round, astringent, slightly crisp and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, pine needles, orange peal, lemon peal, lemon hard candy, rose pepper, wood, passionfruit and grass. A bit past its prime. This one might be worth trying fresh.
