We gave our assistant brewer, Cody, a bit of license and he created this delicious Shandy using a tropical fruit endogenous to Malaysia. This fruit is Mangosteen. Its a nut with a very fleshy fruit. Super Tasty.
Sampled at the brewpub. It poured a pale straw color with a small white head. The aroma was of mild grains and faint hops. The taste was of light malty sweetness and light hop bitterness. A very different brew. Would be a good summer time beverage.
