Really awesome Belgian, phenolic hefeweizen like, have had many across the pond and great representation. Some fruity esters and some sight tartness. Very refreshing love d Belgians. Travlr (26430) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - AUG 26, 2014
Bottle courtesy of nimbleprop, thanks! Hazy pale golden yellow color, white head. Aroma of bright lime. Taste is fresh but dusty straw and lightly sour summer fruit. Very nice. stl_geek (1) - - JUL 25, 2014 does not count
Bottle in Jan 2014, drank in July 2014. Cloud appearance similar to Hefe. Enjoyed it. nimbleprop (8935) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - MAY 23, 2014
22oz bottle sampled at the DC Epic Sour Tasting 2014. Pours a hazy gold with some spitty, white head. Nose is a nice blend of tropical fruit, straw, pineapple, a hint of medicine cabinet, a little cleaning solution. Flavor is tart, lemony, a little cleaning solution, rotting fruit, heavy dried citrus peel, some soap, some herb. Oily finish. MrChopin (4305) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - MAY 19, 2014
murky gold, shimmering, with thin white cap. Lightly hot nose, tons of lemon zest, lotion and plastics. Empty flavor with light lemon zest, thin mid with light plastics before a watery, heavy grain finish.

Nice light bretta pale ale reminiscent of an Orval-style Belgian pale ale. Cloudy orange pour with good head and lacing. Finishes light bitter/sour with some florals and sweetness. Bottle thanks to Nimbleprop at Epic Sour Tasting. Iphonephan (7482) - Jackson Hole/McLean, Virginia, USA - MAY 18, 2014
From a bottle shared at the DC Epic Sour Beer Tasting. Thanks Nimbleprop! Pours a murky brownish gold with an off white head. Sharp sour nose. Flavors of caramel and tart apple. hayduke (5731) - Eureka, California, USA - MAY 17, 2014
Another bottle share at Dark Lord Day 2014. At this point I could hardly read my notes but this is what I think they say. In the glass is a cloudy golden color with a white head. Nose of light fruit. Medium body. Flavor is light fruit as well and brett is obviously present. Finish is that classic Belgian finish. Good. radagast83 (8624) - Arlington, Virginia, USA - MAY 17, 2014
Poured a cloudy yellow-orange color with a wispy head. Aroma was sweet light fruit notes. Funky flavors, light pear or something? Yeast character. craftycarl21 (2338) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAY 17, 2014
Big thanks to nimbleprop! Cloudy deep orange pour, decent frothy white head. Nose and flavor are nice, with big perfumey hop character, rosehip, orange zest, hoppy bite, funky brett. Medium bodied. Nice stuff!
