We are switching it up a little, we brewed a batch of our Classic American Wheat but used German Hefeweizen yeast which has a more pronounced banana aroma. This beer is light and crisp.
Sampled at the brewpub. It poured a cloudy golden color with a white head. The aroma was of banana and a lemon note with some light bread and clove. The taste was of bready malts and wheat with a fair amount of banana and some significant sweetness with a light citrus/lemon notes.
