At CBC. Poured deep dark brown with a beige head. Aroma of smoked malt, dark fruit. Full body, flavour as the aroma, heavy peat, moderately sweet.

Black with a brown head. Aroma is chocolate, peat, light toffee, some wood and licorice. Taste is medium sweet and roasted bitter. Finish is roasted and sweet malty with some toffee, dark chocolate, dark berries and a good amount of peat. Medium bodied, creamy texture, soft carbonation.
Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass deep black, small head. Heavy malty coffee aroma. Starts heavy malty, a lot notes of coffee, earthy, bitter-dry background. Finish warming malty. Coffee aftertaste. Interesting. TBone (18228) - Pori, FINLAND - AUG 16, 2015

Opaque black color, not much head. Smokey, Islay whiskey nose. Medium to full-bodied. Islay whiskey overdose. Pure single malt it is.

More or less black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, some wood, mild peated notes as well as some slight liquorice and alcohol. Flavour is very similar with the peated notes coming in stronger. Still in a quite nice balance.
Tap at CBC 2015. Poured a dark mahogany with a frothy tan head. The aroma is big roasty with a big peaty alcohol bitter, light dry coffee palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation.

2015, Green Session - pours black with tan/beige head. Dark roasted malty aroma and taste with chocolate, caramel, burnt peat and dark malty nuances, some vanilla, dark dried fruits, whisky infused wooden notes, roasted finish.

Pitch black topped with a dirty tan swirl and edgeing.
Nose is peat, chocolate, Ardbeg evident, roast malt, smoke, molasses.
Taste comprises a big peaty hit, liquorice, spice, dark fruit rinds, chocolate.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.

CBC Green Session. Keg. Opaque black - brown beer, small tan head. Palate is airy. Dark chocolate malts. Massive peat. Crisp finish. A total peat fest and it’s too much for me, peat fans will enjoy.

Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, oak, peat and whisky. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and light to medium bitter with a long warm, chocolate, peat and roasted finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
