COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Tamarind is a citric legume grown in South East Asia. This sour red ale uses a healthy dose of Tamarind in a sour mash. Tart, Malty, Very low bitterness.

This is actually the cherry brett. At the Alpha Brewery in STL. No likey. Sour Kool Ade taste.

This is their cherry Brett brux sour. Massive cheek pucker. Mouthful of sweet tarts. Had on draft at alpha brewing with the whole kaser family. Really interesting

Tap at brewery...lighy hazy pink pour with akward siur dishwater arona...taste is similar

Draft sample at the brewery. Murky brown, copper? Thin body (a trend here). Interestingly tart character, more so than sour. Not sure what tamarind tastes like, but this is a relatively empty beer, with not much behind the sour/tart front. Nothing terribly wrong here, other than being very, very thin. (#5226, 8/29/2013)
