Our most versatile beer. Good to drink as well as cook with. Light enough to quench a thirst and complex enough to accompany fine dining. Carmel malty sweet fades to a chocolate roasty finish and dry from a touch of rye. 1.057 OG 13 IBU 6%ABV

Maybe a touch above average. Faint grainy aroma. Slight mohagany color. Medium body. Muted flavors of grains with a slightly harsh bitter finish. Some sweetness.

Draft @ WOB Viera. Deep reddish body. Loads of caramel malts, very sweet. Cloying in the finish. Just too malt-heavy for me.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours reddish with a tan head. Taste caramel, sweet, malt. I thought this was good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap @ Murphy's. Nice rich aroma. Good malt aroma. Almost no head. Deep rich copper brown color. Good combo of malts and hops. Just enough hops to cut the roasted malt flavors. A little light on the mouth feel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

FROTHINGSLOSH (7796) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 16, 2015
Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a vibrant copper color with a medium sized fluffy tan head that lingered and left exceptional lacing. The aroma was sweetish, malty and had a faint fruity presence. The flavor was malty, nutty, a bit toasty, caramel and faint fruitiness. Medium length finish. Medium body. Unassuming but pleasant.

onceblind (9700) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 9, 2015
Clear amber with a thin light beige top. Nice mossy but also pleasantly grassy hoppy aroma with a touch of almond and amber malts. Smooth amber flavor with a nice earthy grassy hop flavor and bitterness. Not complex but very clean and well made with actual character, as opposed to the rest of the beers of this style.
