[email protected] - clear amber-brown beer with a little foam left; shy bread and toasted biscuity maltiness in the nose; quite thin-bodied and tasteless; short malty, biscuity and caramelish finish

McTapps (6976) - Reutlingen, GERMANY - MAY 31, 2017
The beer has got a deep dark brown-ruby colour with a small head and medium body. Aroma of malt and dark bread. Taste of dark bread, malt, roast, caramel and woods. Malty finish.

Beautiful Rubi color. Short head. Not really good aromas. Toasty notes and some diacetyl and oxidation start to appear. It seems spoilt. Really weak flavor with watery sensation. Beer to be forgotten

I bought this bottle at Paris, marché de l’Aligre. I drank it tonight at home in Lausanne. It is a decent dunkel beer, typical from the Bavarian school. The taste is malty, some hop, a bit smocked, average carbonation, a little soapy and watery, easy to drink but not in big quantity.

Kristall-König (2820) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - JUL 21, 2016
Überraschend kräftige Röstaromen, Schokolade, dunkles Malz. Start würzmalzig. Mitte würzig, dunkelmalzig. Abgang bitter, Kaffee und Schokolade. Recht gut.

the aroma is fruity and caramel with shades of vanilla, buckwheat and some berries... the taste is caramel and fruity with notes of candy, toffee, grain and some herbs... sweet, tart and dry aftertaste...

On tap at the brauhaus across the street from the brewery. Dark brown and somewhat opaque. Slightly sweet and malty. A fairly decent dunkle ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
