Barva: světlá zlatá, pěna držící.Vůně příjemná sladová. Chuť: Plné hutné tělo, střední říz. Výrazný sladový nástup, hořkost zprvu střední až mírná, ale v dozvuku pak celkem výrazná. Velice příjemné pivko... Hermod (8349) - Vantaa, FINLAND - JAN 29, 2012
50cl bottle, BBE 05/2012. Poured clear golden with a lasting white head, nice lacing. Aroma is buttery and grainy. Flavor very similar, slightly sweet. Very easy to drink, quite tasty. Jonb5 (568) - Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 25, 2014
Poured from a half litre bottle. A: On the darker side of Helles, clear, medium thick head which didn’t make much of an effort at staying around, moderate lacing. S: Pleasant noble hop Spalt or Tentnagner? T: Followed the nose, very grassy with hoppy bitterness, bready sour dough like finish. M: Carbonation was slightly aggressive, fairly crisp texture, body slightly thicker than expected. O: Not at all what I thought it would be, when I saw Urstoff I expected a slightly in your face Export style but this was very much noble Pils. djoeye (5210) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUL 30, 2015

Look; diminishing off white head and clear gold golden body. Aroma; light caramel malts, grass, lemon, light brown chocolate, toffee dust. Taste; grassy hops, lemon, pale malts, caramel notes.
Finishes light and fruity. Feels easy, soft carbonation, average body. Overall easy and to the sweet side. [50cl brown bottle 5.5%abv BB20-04-2015 [email protected]
The beer looks nice, but I drank it from a bier stein, so I can’t clearly tell. On top of the beer a nice rough layer of white foam is formed. The bulk of the foam collapses, leaving a thin drape. As far as I can see, the beer is golden yellow and quite clear. Not bad.
The smell of the beer is good. It is quite malty. The maltiness is lovely. It also has a tiny malty sweetness. Besides the malts, there are some lovely biter hop aroma’s. I also smell some slightly liquorice touches. There is some nice toastyness, if you can call it like this. The smell is rich, and very nice. It is a lovely bitter, better than the most Dortmunders I know.
The taste of the beer is great. I taste lovely malts, some lovely almost chocolate touches, bitter hops, and some warming alcohol. It is a lovely taste. It is very well balanced, and also very nice. Not to complex, but very well.
The palate of the beer is good. Medium body, quite smooth feeling and a medium high carbonation. The finish isn’t that long, but it is nice. Good beer. Ungstrup (38413) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - SEP 29, 2011
Bottled. A dark golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet malt, straw, and minerals, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing. sdmmb (1858) - BELGIUM - MAY 12, 2014
Drunk from 50cl bottle bought at Bamberg. Enjoyable.

Helder lichtbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht zoet en licht bitter met sporen van caramel, toffee en gras. Aparte doch goede smaak.
