Clear light to medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, keller, toasted, straw, old straw, wet straw. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, burnt caramel - brown sugar notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Slightly hazy golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is bready, and mild fruity and berryish notes. Flavour is rather much the same. A bit dull and grainy.

Bamberg Bash Day 3. Train swig. Hazy gold beer, good head, very pale cream coloured. Palate is airy and light. Light floralness. Little lactose. Suggestion of some fruits. Light dry finish.
Bottle shared on the train from Nuremberg to Freising during day 3 of the Bamberg Jolly of January 2015. Pours clear yellow-gold with a white froth topping. So so overall. Sugary sweet, with some pale bread, minimal bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation and creamy texture. Doughy white bread on the finish, and little else. Meh.
