On tap @ HopYard in Pleasanton during SF Beer Week (locals only). Big Imperial Red DIPA. Clear, reddish brown, small creamy head. Initial taste of a hoppy NoCal DIPA (pine, resin), a very clean, fresh taste from my hometown, but then malt and some heaviness come in and balance it out. Great for an 8.5% but a little full in the body. Would love a growler of this from the brewery.
On tap at Original Gravity. Pours a clear ruby tinged copper with a medium sized white head. Big fruity citrus on the nose, a bit of sweetness and a touch of caramel. Medium bodied, big and plum filled, soft malt, a good amount of caramel. Malt into the finish, long and sticky. Sweet and malty, loads of malt and booze. Not the most pleasant thing.

Draft @ The Office on 1/23/15. Pours amber in color with minimal head. Aroma is strongly caramel, malt with some floral, citrus, and pineapple. Mouthfeel is medium to thin. Flavor is floral, citrus, grapefruit peel, malty, carmel with a lingering heavy bitterness. Not a particularly balanced offering, nor did I get the dankness that I would expect from the name "ganja juice."

Stinkbomb! Super floral hop with a less-syrup and a smoothness brought in by the malt of the red. A very nice balance but definitely on the heavier side still.

Not quite a IIPA or what I would call an IIPA, more like an IPA and a 1/2. A sweet caramel aroma, showing some earthiness, grapefruit and some light pine. Flavor equal the aroma nearly note for note and the bitterness on the finish is long and enjoyable. A nice beer and I didn’t get any of the "ganja" aspect of it, as I do with many other beers (like Firestone/Green Flash). Not bad though.
