presario (4925) - Stampede City, Alberta, CANADA - DEC 2, 2007
1L bottle with ceramic cork. Hand carried to Calgary. Very big fluffy off-white head on slightly cloudy red-orange beer. Intriguing aroma, not beer-like but...reminds me of kitchen smells. Creamy body and neutral start turn to sour vinegar. Something wrong with this beer. Hard to believe anyone would be happy with this on tap.

Bottle @Altstadthof, caves-brewery visit, Nuremberg. 05-08-2016.
Pours hazy dark copper-amber with frothy off white head. Moderate head retention, some good lacing. Roasty, spicy, licorice nose. Medium body, average carbonation, oily texture. Taste is caramel, licorice, sweet, malty. Smooth and enjoyable, nice session beer.

Geiserich (4595) - Linz, AUSTRIA - JUN 7, 2007
Draught at the brewpub. Dark yellow, light reddish color. Malty, light sweet flavor with fruity hop notes. Light to medium bitter, dry finish. Fresh, light yeasty, hoppy aroma. Good drinkable but not very special.

rauchbier (3932) - Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - SEP 5, 2004
Tap, at the brewpub. Bronze with reddish tinge, moderate lasting white head and gentle condition. Fruity caramel, toffee and burnt crystal malt aromas, more caramel in the mouth with a gentle noble hoppiness developing with time. Toffee sweet initially in finish but with hop flavour coming out at the end.

RexTalionis (3797) - FINLAND - APR 25, 2011
Vom Fass at Hausbrauerei Altstadthof in Nürnberg. Poured hazy copper in color with tan head. Fruity, malty and nutty in aroma, very pleasant. Nutty taste with some hoppy notes in the background. Smooth and very nice nuttyness in taste.

Jukkabro (3484) - Tampere, FINLAND - JUL 2, 2008
UPDATED: JUL 11, 2008 Dark red colored with cloudy appearance. Little yellow head. Sweet and caramelly aroma with same slight hoppy yeasty note. Thin to medium bodied. Flavor also starts with caramel and slight chocolate even. Aftertaste turns to dry with still some chocolate. Bland aroma, good flavor.

On Tap @ the brewpub. The head is medium, the body red. It tastes malty, hoppy, amber, flowery. In the aftertaste a bit bitter. Ok 10/12/13/11/-/12

3.2
Beese (3209) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - AUG 30, 2017
Keg at Hausbrauerei Altstadthof, Nuremberg. Ruby coloured beer, with a sweet, malty aroma, and a bitter-sweet flavour. Some bitter hops linger with aniseed and caramel.
