Bottle from my girlfriend. Thanks! Pours cloudy brown with decent tan head. Aroma is caramel, malt, toast, floral. Taste is caramel, floral, herbal hops, slightly nutty. Cthulhu (1035) - MARSHALL ISLANDS - JUL 13, 2015
Tap at brewpub. Amber colour with small creamy head. Fruity , nutty with balanced malt sweetness . DrNosha (2407) - Württemberg, Germany, GERMANY - JUN 6, 2016
0,33l Bügelflasche. Dunkle Bernsteinfarbe, cremiger Schaum.
At the brewhouse. Lasting head. Dark copper colour. Very sweet with notes of dates, caramel and brown sugar. Served in the nice brewhouse glass. Recommended to drink when in Nuremburg.

Tap, at the brewpub. Bronze with reddish tinge, moderate lasting white head and gentle condition. Fruity caramel, toffee and burnt crystal malt aromas, more caramel in the mouth with a gentle noble hoppiness developing with time. Toffee sweet initially in finish but with hop flavour coming out at the end.

On draught at the brewery. Floral and sweet aroma, some light brown sugar and reddish maltiness, also lightly fruity. Hugely foamy light tan head, beer is served in a ceramic mug but looks to be a deep reddish color. Flavor is sweet and fruity, almost tropical in places, somewhat sugary and malty, with a bit of hop presence in the profile towards the finish (very low bitterness, though). Palate is quite smooth and creamy, body is medium. A tasty and fruity red lager. ChristianSA (368) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 24, 2005
Tap @ brewpub. Poured very slowly by the bar maiden, resulting in an excellent body (the beer, not the bar maiden). mild and malty and slightly sweet, unfiltered and lovely hazy red/brown color. Lightly fruity with a pleasant malt profile like all the beers from this place. Mister_Li (1411) - GERMANY - SEP 30, 2016
Klares rötliches Bernstein mit reichlich Schaum. Malzig, leicht süßlich, etwas Honig, Karamell, leicht fruchtig, würzig. Indutiomarus (113) - Idar-Oberstein, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - JUN 16, 2009
Not the best beer at Altstadt but still a good one. As others have said give this a taste but the others are much better.
