On tap at the brewpub. Dark brown with a creamy tan head. Sweet caramel aroma followed by sweet molasses and hints of chocolate. On the sweet side, but drinkable.

ganache (6003) - New Jersey, USA - JUL 20, 2012
Tap in Nürnberg, dark red body, chestnutty with a lacing tan head. Malty sweet taste with lots of toffee, here are some nice juniper/heather notes to my taste, light hoppiness. My favorite of those available on my visit, though the ’Schwarz’ was probably its only competition.

Spina @ brewpub. Ambrata con schiuma fine è persistente. Molto malto, una punta di affumicato non memorabile

Keg at Hausbrauerei Altstadthof, Nuremberg. Ruby coloured beer, with a sweet, malty aroma, and a bitter-sweet flavour. Some bitter hops linger with aniseed and caramel.
