COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed for our 3rd anniversary, this is the imperial version of our passionfruit, orange, guava POG kettle sour ale. We effectively doubled the amount if fruit. You might mistake this for a Kerns or Hawaiian Punch.

Can shared, pours a hazy golden with small head. Notes of passionfruit, lactic acid, corn pop, cereal. The aroma is more odd and creamy/plasticy. This doesn't remind me of Hawaiian Punch. More wet dog acid cereal soda pop. Hard one to pin down, or has some really nice passionfruit Berliner notes in the middle but the is Finish is bile rough.

Can. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of tropical multi fruit juice, pineapple, passion fruit, guava and aslight lactic tartness. Taste is tarty and extremely juice. I mean. This is so close to drinking a glass of multi fruit juice with vodka aka (Multivodkajuice) along with notes of tart citrus and some lactic tartness. Yeah!

On tap at California Craft Beer Summit. Pours cloudy gold with a thick white head and a citrus aroma. There is a hearty slightly sour pale malt flavor with a lot of citrus and other fruit.

16 oz. can shared by seeswo - thanks again, Chris! This is my first Alvarado Street beer, and I’ve been hearing good things. It pours a hazy gold with a minimal white head. Notes of passionfruit, guava, orange, lemon, grapes, florals, sourdough, and funk. Light-medium bodied, with modest carbonation and a fruity, funky, floral mouthfeel. The aroma really blasts and the flavor is a bit more muddled, with a slight bitterness, too. Interesting, fun beer.

(Échantillon au Festival of Funk): Jus de mangue extrêmement expressif, bouquet épicé et un enrobage lactique agréable. Hautement engouffrable.

Tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow orange pour. Nose of all three fruits mentioned in the description. Flavor is a nice medium fruity sour with a touch of alcohol. Excellent beer. Highly recommended.
