On tap at the Gnarly Barley. Sour stone fruit aroma. Juicy. Ginger and celery accents. Slightly hazy orange under a thin, white collar. Complex sour flavour with peaches and over ripe strawberries, moderate low bitterness, and pineapple. Medium light body, medium carbonation, crisp and a little mouth puckering.

A dark golden color with almost no head. The aroma contains citrus, vinegar, and a bit of dusty attic. The flavor is comfortably sour with some lemons, vinegar, and earthy flavors. A slightly dry after taste. Overall this is lambic light which is good. Nothing off just good sour flavors going on.

tfredvik (1884) - Oslo, NORWAY - JAN 28, 2017
Clear, rather pale amber to golden body with a small white head that leaves some lacing. Quite strong aroma of tart generic fruits, white wine and funk. Moderate flavour of acidic light fruits and lemon. Light acidic taste. Light to medium body, dry texture, very soft carbonation that doesnt fit this style at all. A bit disappointing.

Bottle from Brugge shared with Big G. Pours murky orange with a few cream bubbles round the edge of the glass. Nose is quite funky, sour and vinegary. Taste is sour and with a lovely sharp salty finish. Really good.

Bottle brought back from Bruges. Hazy golden with a few white suds. Aroma of brett. The aroma is tart lemon juice with brett. Sherbet too. Very zingy and refreshing. A little wine and oak in the finish. I really enjoyed this.

Fijne koolzuurprikkel. Redelijk volmondig en iets vettig. Afdronk: droog, licht zuur.

Niiiice sourish apricot aroma. Light palate, good drinkability, Salty lemony taste, almost gose-like. Light malts agre gentle, hops and wood both quite low. Drinkability good, leaves a lip-smacking acidity.
