harrisoni (18577) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAY 21, 2009
75cl bottle from the Alvinne brewery shop. Orangey red colour with thin lasting off white head. Flemish red sour ale aroma. which is remarkably attractive. A touch of the wine, but almost sour cherry like. Touch of wood on the aroma too. That’s one good smelling beer. A little sweeter than a full on sour, which I guess comes from the wine. Certainly this beautiful wild cherry/red wine aroma/flavour comes through. It really is very good indeed. Just the right level of wild yeast character gives it a biting sourness on the finish, but wonderfully balanced by some very juicy light red fruits. Ridiculously drinkable. Good condition in mouth, the right level of carbonation, a little soft, not harsh, but enough to tingle the tongue. As a vinous Flemish sour, it really is remarkably good.

DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - APR 25, 2009
Bottle thanks to mes at mesandsims. Alround rating: Exccellent stuff this, its like an acidic toffee apple of a drink, the yeasts and grapes really work well together and make it massivly drinkable.

3.5
skortila (5850) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - APR 20, 2009
Bottled. Aroma is vinous, caramel malts, has some vanilla, a bit oak. Hazy, red-brown coloured with an off-white, thin head. The taste is a bit sour, sweet, very fruity, bit vinous again with some vanilla. Medium bodied. On the dry side. Nice.

3.5
caesar (7133) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - APR 16, 2009
Bottled from de Molen. Hazy brownish color, short head. Aroma is vinous, some vanilla, bit malt, bit fruity. Sour taste, fruity. Didnt know it was only 5.5%, was expecting a heavy bomber, as they are usually double barrel oak brewers reserve stuff :P

3.8
Bullit (4633) - Burgos, SPAIN - APR 12, 2009
Bottle @ Skortila. Light brown colour, off-white head. Aroma is sour. Hints of paint and vanilla. Flavour is sour, fruity, with grapes. Nice one.
