Gription79 (2891) - Bountiful, Utah, USA - DEC 31, 2011
750 ml bottle shared at the Utah holiday tasting. It was filled with notes of plums, port, vinous/tart, malty, and vanilla. An amazing beer. This was a highlight of the tasting for me. Another please.

GothGargoyle (2587) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 20, 2013
Bottle of the 2010 (batch 2). Cloudy rusty brown with a small pale head. Aroma is red currants, sour cherries, cider vinegar. Nice sour & sweet balance on the palate. Taste is sour grapes, red currants, cider vinegar, Belgian candy sugar.

Draft at Churchkey. Nose holds big concord grape jelly, a touch of raspberry, and good tart dark cherry presence. The flavor adds more fruit like currant, red grape, and some vinous notes. Light and palatable. Decent.

fata2683 (2176) - Tucson, Arizona, USA - MAR 8, 2009
bottle at the Pre-ZBF, pours hazy amber, small off white head. Sweet orange and citris nose. Flavors are fruity with some earthy oak settling in toward the end. This would be great with a light fish, has some wine characteristics.

weaselkenievil (1608) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - JUL 12, 2011
Bottle thanks to MesandSim. Poured a murky reddish brown with no head. Aroma has some tart fruity notes, red wine. Flavour has some tasty barrel notes and oak flavours. Sour and dry but very refreshing. Nice.

meerbier (1474) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - MAY 24, 2010
[email protected] Very much surprised by this beer. Brett aroma. Light sourish, sweet, fruity, light bitter. Quite complex brew yet highly drinkable. Extra points for the exceptional flavours.

EricE (1367) - Seattle, Washington, USA - FEB 20, 2012
Draft at Max’s. Clear orange-brown pour with a thin tan head. Fruity aroma, some cherry and grapes. Sour flavor. Grape juice with a bit of pepper. A bit acetic and undercarbonated.

ej (1330) - Hauglandshella, NORWAY - APR 12, 2017
Bottle. Pours a burgundy body with a small off-white top. Aroma is acidic and sour. Wheat, sourdough and some cellar notes. Taste is quite mellow. Light sour with mellow woody notes. But is almost too mellow, bordering on boring. Some oxidation as well, and it doesn’t become it. Light body and soft carbonation.

Kåstå (1273) - Mol, BELGIUM - JUN 24, 2009
Copper coloured with a medium head. Very weak light sour aroma. I would describe it as a Rodenbach mild with a more bitter woody taste. It is however a bit thin.
