bottle 66cl from Alvinne Biershop. Batch#2, from 2009, bottled in June 2010.
JorisPPattyn (9982) - Ursel, BELGIUM - MAR 6, 2009
Good dark, off-white head, creamy, over well-carbonated, amber-orange beer. Alcohol and fusels, vanilla, even to the impression of ice cream, and fresh, new oak. Vanilla, fresh greenery, enhanced by very obvious carbonation. Fruity finish, with strawberry, apples, raspberry and more vanilla - anything but grapes, it seems. Quite OK body for the ABV, on the verge of overcarbonated, which is kind of strange for a B-A beer. Nice, drinkable. 77ships (9798) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - APR 22, 2013
Obtained in a trade with Klaas. BBF 2014 – 2009 Vintage? 75 cl. bottle shared. Pours a darker fox amber with only some bubbles on the sides. Old lactic yoghurt grapes on the nose, yoghurt grapes, sour malts, lightly fermenting, moldy barrel,… Sour grape mash in the taste, light lactic, touch yoghurt, mash, sour barrel, light brett, rotting malts,.. Lightly fizzy, bit too high carb. Okay stuff not too bad. tderoeck (9656) - Gent, BELGIUM - APR 25, 2013

Little cloudy amber to orange beer, small white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sour, vinegar, bretta, grains, bit sweet, caramel. MF: ok carbon, a bit much maby, light to medium body. Taste: sour start, green apples, lemony, bretta touch, some alcohol, woody, oak, little bitter. Aftertaste: woody, red wine vinegar if not so sour though, a nice sourness, bit bretty, dry, little bitter. A very nice and balanced sour beer!
Bottle. High creamy and lasting white head. Hazy orange body. Malt grapefruit caramel brett sour aroma and flavor with low carbonation and a long aftertaste.

[2412-20090801] Bottle. Barrel-on-the-floor aroma also suggests fruit and beans. Hazy, dark tan orange body with a quick foamy off-white head. Sweet fruity malt flavour has a long wood barrel aftertaste. Medium-full body. Average, didn’t really capture my interest.

An interesting beer we got from Belgium. Pours a dark copper color with a medium white head. The aroma is very vinous with some strawberries and tartness. A sweet vinous brew with some caramel and dusty yeast, a bit of lacto and sourness but very smooth. Dry. Quite nice. daniele (9063) - ITALY - MAY 24, 2009

Tasted at the big “SeaBass has got to go” tasting courtesy of fogdog. Pours murky deep copper with thin white head. The aroma is tart and berry like along with some sour and tart crushed aspirin. The taste is thin on the palate and pulls up notes of berry tartness or maybe cranberry along with tart and drying and almost chalky tart crushed aspirin. nimbleprop (8377) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - FEB 20, 2012
3oz pour is a clear, copper amber which is almost purple in color with no head. Nose is tart, berries, woody, cognac, red wine, black berry. Flavor is tart, strawberry, red grapes, pinot barrels, bitter greens, light lemon. Medium bodied, tart finish.
