750ml bottle (Alvinne Webshop) - shared with Marduk - thanks!
Lovely fruity winey aroma on pouring. Raisiny, but in the glass a classic woody oud broun sour aroma. Crisp body, pleasant oaky buin taste. Raisiny, some other fruits too, aromatic and uplifting too. With yeast, you get quite a burnt taste too, and some butter. Much better poured clear without the yeast. Very complex, sourness at a nice mellow level. Clearlyactually sour, ans well attenuated, so there’s little more than (of?) the fruity sugars remaining. Finish has gentle butteriness, and winey raisins. Lots in here for sour lovers and sour skeptics too.

Obtained in a trade with Klaas. BBF 2014 – 2009 Vintage? 75 cl. bottle shared. Pours a darker fox amber with only some bubbles on the sides. Old lactic yoghurt grapes on the nose, yoghurt grapes, sour malts, lightly fermenting, moldy barrel,… Sour grape mash in the taste, light lactic, touch yoghurt, mash, sour barrel, light brett, rotting malts,.. Lightly fizzy, bit too high carb. Okay stuff not too bad.

750 ml bottle. Deep amber body with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma is vinous with some funky acidity and hint of wood. Flavor is sweet malt and tart, acidic fruit. Some grapefruit, wood and balanced bitterness. Fine balanced body and long lasting complex sweet and sour aftertaste. Very nice.
