Bottle at Yespr’s - Thanks. Coudy dark brown - offwhite head. Nice mellow sourish, dusty notes, acid notes, red berries, light rubber, ok light wooden, apples, fruity, roasted malty notes, nutty.

Bottle at VANØ Bergen’s Christmas Gathering 2012. Pours a deep red-brown body with a small off-white head. Nose is acetone, oak, white pepper, dark mals, nutmeg, hints of herbs and hay. Taste is oaky vinous herbal tones, alcohol, basil, hints of citric peel. A bit too astringent medicine-herbal bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. OK sour, but not great.

Unclear matt medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity - berry, prune - sherry, wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, caramel, cherry, earthy cheery - cherry stones, roten cherry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120804]
