On tap @ Borefts 2013. This one looks deep dark golden and cloudy in the glass. It also has a small white sidesticking top. Smells different with a strong spiciness. Herbal spiciness perhaps? There is cardamom, some strange old rotten birch and honey. A little bit of something sour as well. Strange stuff and I don’t really like it all that much. It’s really sour and refreshing in the taste however!. Like lemon juice in a way. Did not expect that at all. It has a nice mild oily mouthfeel and a above average carbonation level. I agree with my table colleague here that this is more a Berliner weisse. Really refreshing quite fruity, elegant and really really tasty! Could drink lots and lots of this - just as long as I don’t have to smell it 28.09.2013 Beerhunter111 (22987) - P´Castle, GERMANY - MAY 6, 2014

Borefts Beer Festival 5. Day 2. Hazy amber beer, no real head. Light crispy palate. Semi dry. Minerals. A sharpish sour sherbet, the sourness soon dies away and leaves a sweet floralness. Light parma violets. Tangy sourish fruits and a little lemon blends well with the floral flavours. Finishes light and crisp. Sour and sweet floral beer. Good stuff!
