Lot 904 (i’m not sure if it is the bordeaux or St-Emillion version). Very nice aroma with some fermenting grape skin; luscious. Milk/Lemon sour. Nice body due to the wine. Low carbo. Nice puckering mouthfeel.

500 ml bottle, bb June 2019, shared by Werckmeister, thanks!
Dark amber, hazy body, with a small, creamy, off-white head.
Aroma of barrel, ripe fruits, wine, sour berries, some barnyard, some sour apples.
Taste follows this, with more sour notes and subtle leathery notes.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes sour, medium dry, vinous, moderate wooden, fruity, subtly sweet.

Tasty. Resembles a bit a Flemish red, with a great balance between barrel, vinous notes and ripe fruits. Alcohol is well hidden, drinks pretty smooth. Overall not among my favourite sour ales, but really enjoyable nonetheless.
