WOW!!!!! Geruch sofort sehr weissweinlastig. Der Antrunk dann sofort sehr angenehm süss und komplex. Und dann kommt sofort die säuerliche Weissweinkeule. Aber zu keinem Zeitpunkt wird irgendeiner dieser extremen Aromen störend oder gar dominant. Absolut gelungen und sehr sehr rund für so ein Extrembier. Sweet, port-like beer with vineous tones. Mainly sweet dried fruits, almost no more hops. Clear tannins. Dessert beer?

Pours brown with almost no head (would be beige). Aroma is of caramel, grapes, alcohol (alot), sweet/spicy bread. Taste is of sugar, caramel, burnt bread, ethanol. Palate: Full bodied, soft carbonation. Sticky. Overall: Quite nice, heavy. Surprisingly good compared to some Alvinne I’ve had in the past.

Bottle (500 ml). Split 3-ways. Slightly hazy mahogany with a small ring of bubbly tan foam. Aroma is of dried fruits, brown sugar, booze, molasses, winey notes, brettanomyces, chocolate and dates. Taste is moderately sweet with dried fruits (figs, raisins dates), wine brown sugar, bread, molasses, leathery notes, chocolate and alcohol. Medium body. Medium carbonation. Liquorous mouthfeel. Bottle shared. Deep brown pour with thin off white head. Aroma is good, tons of boozy, brown sugar, molasses, light chocolate, light leather notes, winey notes, tons of dates, dried fruits. Taste is a bit boozy, sweet, nice fruity malt, tons of dried fruit, dried pineapple, dried raisins, plums, red wine. Palate is full bodied, a bit slick. Tasty. Bottle. Dark red, near ruby in color with a small off-white head. Sweet plums, malty and wooden notes in aroma. Butterscotchy vinous notes appears after awhile. Warming already.
