0,33l bottle at home. BB 05/2022. almost black color, small tan head. smells strong of raspberries, vinegar, nutty, marzipan, very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of raspberries, earthy, citric, grassy, vinegar, wood, nutty, marzipan. finishes dry and with a light sourness and notes of marzipan, vinegar and citrus. very nice one, just a tad vinegarish towards the finish where the raspberries are not so present anymore.

Kwaśne, dość octowe, ale z owocową słodką nutą. Finisz lekko w stronę wytrawną, ale i tak zostawia kwaśny posmak.

Pours brown and hazy with some foam on top. Acidic fruity nose, raspberry vinegar is coming through. Lots of raspberries, heaps of them. Taste has lots of vinegar and acidity, raspberry fruitiness but no real sweetness. Vinegar is drying the mouth, totally enjoyable sour this is.

Bottle, courtesy of Antoine at Malt Attacks, Brussels. Cheers! Muddy, reddy brown. Ring and film of beige head. Nose has dried raspberry. Red wine vinegar. Balsamic vinegar. Some oak. Some raspberry yoghurt. Taste is raspberry seed tart and bitter. Light sourness is well matched with an oaky, vanilla sweetness. Drying on the palate. Tart and lightly acidic, which carries through to the finish.

Bottled 330ml. -from Magic Beer Room Zagreb. Darker amber coloured, small off-white head, mild raspberry in the nose. Toasted malt, caramel, raspberries, slightly spicy and notes of yeast without real sourness. Too fruity and slightly sugary from time to time. Expected better.

LCI. Van de tap @Kaapse Brouwers tijdens Alvinne tap takeover. Damn, deze is lekker: mooi zuurtje en dan een lading framboos, die in de afdronk blijft hangen. Fruitbier voor gevorderden!
