330ml bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy amber pour, small white head, good lacing. Tart, funky and fruity aroma, musty oak barrels, vinous, grapes, over ripe red apples, peach, hay and stables. Clean, tart and rounded mouthfeel, full-bodied, soft carbonation. Tart, fruity and vinous taste, tannins, grapes, green apples, peach, apricots, earthy, woody and mature oak. Long tart finish. Well made!

Oaky, fruity grapes, Tart, earthy yeast notes, green Apples, alcohol. Hazy Amber colour, small white head. Fruity, LOTs of grapes and oaky notes, horse blanket, alcohol, complex and refined, balanced tartness. Fullbodied, soft carbonation, slick feel, Tart and oaky finish. A treat.

Bottle @Detolly, tartu. Pours hazy yellow almost no head. Aroma like a good balanced geuze, apples, weak vinegar etc. Taste : medium plus sour, nice acidity, nice maltiness.

Bottle at Leighton’s place. 8/12/2016. Many thanks to Daniel for this one. A clear golden orange amber coloured pour with a a small off white head. Aroma is sour, vinegar, spicy lacto, little funky horse. Flavour is composed of tangy sour, woody, grape, vinous fruits, red berries. Palate is sweet and sour, moderate carbonation, spicy finish. Meh. Little vinegar. Meh.

Cloudy orange golden color with an off white layer on top. Fine intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a mellow carbonation level. Pleasant sour and acidic. Dry ending. Funky, fruity, yeast and citric.

On tap at ACBF2017. Pours cloudy orange with white head. Fruity, sour, grapes, citrus, apricots, peach. Quite smooth. Medium bodied. Very nice.
