25/06/2017 - draught sampling glass @ Swafff 2017, Brussels. Cloudy yellow orange, medium head. Nose is sour, fruits, some wood. Taste is sour, barrel, fruits (some peach, hints of quince, ...).For me the quince may come out even more. I would’ve loved to taste this on Wild West. For me the regular Cuvée Sofie doesn’t need anyting else, even the Phi is already very lovely, but hey, still is a lovely sour again!

Thank you for sharing Antwerp Untappd Crew! Sampled draft @ Swafff 2017! Hazy deep orange, off-white head. Nose is acidic sour barrel, big fruit, wine barrel. Lovely basic thick vinegar malt, vinous sour barrel, honey, acidic, puckering, peach, stone fruit, quince finish if you look for it & know that it is there. Very neat straightforward sour, puckering thick malt body. Nice.

Travlr (27150) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JUN 20, 2017

Cunningham (8713) - Halden, NORWAY - JUN 13, 2017
Cloudy golden color with a white layer on top. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium + body and a soft to average carbonation level. Sourness for sour beer lovers. Probably to much for others, Way to much for my girlfriend. Fresh acidity balances it up. Fruity (pear actually) apples, oak and citric flavor.
[On tap at Haand Festival -17 in Drammen, Norway]

Stuu666 (15837) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - JUN 1, 2017
