Aroma feels nice and balanced, sour and fruity. Grapes, funk, fresh lemon juice. Taste is nice and balanced, following the nose profile with added fermented fruit, yeast. Very good.

UPDATED: NOV 9, 2017 Bottle at Beerlovers Bar in Antwerp. Rhubarb is the dominant flavour and masks any complexity, but this isn’t meant to be a knock - the beer grew on me as I drank, and I found it enjoyable. The beer needed to breath a bit, and taste buds needed to adjust to get the balance.

Keg at 6DN Edi. Hazy amber. Nose is tart fruits, rhubarb, lactic. Tastes properly sour, rhubarb, still some sweetness as well.

LCI. Van de tap @KaapseBrouwers. Zacht-zuur, mooie smaak van rabarber, licht funky. Rabarber had meer aanwezig kunnen zijn. Lekker, maar had meer verwacht

Bottle from Etre. Unclear orange with a brief, white head. Tart and acidic with loads of rhubarb, some lemon, oak. Very fruity. Probably the most rhubarb forward beer I've had.

Koelschtrinker (21492) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - OCT 15, 2017
Mild säuerlicher Antrunk mit natürlichem Rhabarber Aroma. Süß-säuerlicher Mittelteil, monoton. Da ich kein Rhabarber mag nicht mein Fall. 7/6/8/6//6

0,33l bottle at home bought from Etre Gourmet. No obvious BB date. bourdeaux / redish hazy clor, small white head. smells funk, citric, some dill, herbal, flowery, spices, peppery. nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of funk, citric, light wood, lightly acidic, flowery, some light fruits, light sweetness, grassy, herbal, marzipan, nutty, light cinnamon. finishes lightly sweet, acidic and lightly sour with notes of citrus, flowers and some herbs. quite nice one, very mellow on the sourness, very good complexity though, I even a bit better once it warms up. another very tasty alvinne beer.

Bottled 330ml
A bit hazy orange-amber colour, tiny white head. Evident rhubarb in the nose, light fruityness. Light-bodied. Rhubarb dominates the flavour. Tartness, even some sweetish fruityness. Nicely brewed rhubarb-overdose.

Benzai (16685) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - SEP 25, 2017
Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017, day 1. Hazy yellow color, smalll to average sized white head. Smell and taste sourish, tart, slightly some acidity there, rhubarb. Meh, not my kind of beer.
