Bottle. Unclear dark golden colour with a fizzy dark white head. Aroma hoppy malty, fruits ? little sweet and moderate yeasty. Taste bitter, nice full of hops, some little fruitness. Very good brew.

Jerre (3857) - Waregem, BELGIUM - SEP 8, 2006
Deep golden-orange colour, white head. Nice aroma of yeast, dried fruit and some sweetness. Taste that ends up bitter and dry.

Consommé sous le nom de Alvinne Blond Extra, Dry Hopped. 7.1% abv.

Otje (678) - Veendam, NETHERLANDS - MAR 2, 2007
Underrated imo. Very saisonlike citrussy beer. Good nose of citrus and other fruits. Bitterish, sourrish lemony taste. Balanced mf. and palate. Very nice.

Bottled. Hazy golden with a gigantic, lively white head. Dryish and fresh hop aroma of grass, dust, orange-peels, minerals, pepper and alcohol. Dryish and warming flavour of orange-peels, black pepper, wet grass and alcohol. Full-bodied. Dryish, peppery and grassy finish of soil, orange-peels and metal. A hoppy surprise.

BartC (727) - Lichtaart, BELGIUM - JUN 26, 2007

bierkoning (13813) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - DEC 1, 2005
UPDATED: JUN 17, 2007 7,1% and dry-hopping, says the label. Blonde foamy head. Very soft hoppy, citric aroma, but the flavor comes out with a loud bang, compared to the softness of the aroma. Hoppy, citric and oily at first, but softens up quick in to a not too hopbitter aftertaste. Quite nice. (6 3 7 4 14 = 3.4) Re-rate. Blonde with a touch of orange. Cloudy. Granny Smiths apples and melon in the aroma. Melon, citrus and flowery hops in the flavor. Grapefruit, melon and some hopbitterness in the leathery aftertaste. Complex and thirst quenching ale.

TBone (18561) - Pori, FINLAND - JUN 16, 2007
Bottled, alc. 7.1% as "Blonde Extra"
Hazy orange color, huge cloudy, creamy off-white head, lace. Sour fruity aroma with horseblanket and paper. Fruity (mango, banana), bitter, alcoholic and yeasty flavor. Nice bitterness from the aromatic hops in the aftertaste. Warming too. Lot of yeast in the bottom of the glass.
