Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a nice white head. Aroma is malty, yeasty, hoppy slight grassiness. Flavor is caramel, malty, hoppy, some spice and pepper with a nice bitter finish. Very nice beer, I enjoyed this one very much. Need more!

Pours a hazy golden amber w/a wonderful off white head that is thick, sticks around for the beer and laces the glass beautifully. To the nose it is sweet and fruity with a hint of pine. First taste is sweet with nice floral hoppiness. It’s pretty smooth all the way through and all together an excellent European IPA.

UPDATED: JUL 21, 2008 On tap at ZBF 08. Blond, very hoppy beer. It’s pretty good, drinkable, along the lines of XX Bitter. Belgian yeasty hoppy golden ale. Above average. 3.5/5 Re-rate at Twickenham Brewery tasting 08. Very pleasant hoppy, creamy beer that is very very drinkable.

Gushing bottle here ~ only lost a little though. Ends up hazy orange with a pillowy white head. The aroma has a lot of Belgium yeastiness, fruitiness, sweet malt and nice subtle floral hoppiness. Medium smooth body with lots of soft carbonation. The flavor starts with hops that are in no way subtle like the aroma. There is pine floral and earthy hops, but they are quite gentle. The malt and yeast are still very prevalent and add to the gentleness of the overall beer. There is also light fruit and a toasted sweetness imparted from the malt. The finish is spicy and piny with a beautiful lingering quality. Great beer.

A Mes rate: Bottle at the Tom’s awesome Twickenham Brewery tasting.
Cloudy yellow gold with a huge, foamy off white head. Very floral and grassy with some expected tropical fruit from the Amarillo. Tarty, bitter and very drinkable. Lovely fruity notes and an excellent bitter finish that has considerable length. Very good stuff.

Bottle into tulip. Understated yeasty, malty, mildly citric aromas. Bright, cloudy, light golden orange colour with moderate white head. Spotty lacing. Sediment swirling in the glass gently and rapidly fades into the body. Lip smackingly citrus hoppiness with notes of lemon and orange. Resinous oiliness holds together the hop complexities. Extremely drinkable with an easy, mild, very approachable mouthfeel. Delicately dry, bitter finish. Feels like drinking a fortifying fruit beverage that is healthful and rejuvenating. Like sunshine in a glass. Uniquely yummy - very nice!

Bottle from Wine & Cheese Place in (near) St. Louis, MO. What a gusher. Took two glasses to absorb it. Pours hazy light amber with a truly humongous light bubbly off-white head. Aromas include a lot of yeast, some citrus, and a little malt. Darn’d if it don’t seem a bit soapy. So what aroma soap, not sure. Medium body with rather smooth carbonation. Flavor is really spicy hop over malt. Rather peppery. Something like grapefruit rind. Slight burn down the gullet. This one is just so out of control. A bit of barnyard seems to be present. An exciting adventure from start to finish. Almost genteel after it settles down for awhile. Good ale. Really.

Slight hazy golden blond beer with great looking white head on top. Aroma is dry-malty with a green touch of hops and a slight citrussy bite to it. a light to medium golden-blond beer with a nice refreshing character and taste. Aftertaste is slight grassy but this beer is a good example of thirst-killing tasteful blond beer.
