3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a hazy golden amber w/a wonderful off white head that is thick, sticks around for the beer and laces the glass beautifully. To the nose it is sweet and fruity with a hint of pine. First taste is sweet with nice floral hoppiness. It’s pretty smooth all the way through and all together an excellent European IPA.
Draft. Hazy gold in colour. Very citrus fruity (grapefruit and lemon). Floral & grassy hops. Spicy (peppery) & Yeasty. Malty backbone (pale malts, light caramel). Bitter citrus fruity hoppy and spicy. Dry bitter finish. Good Belgian style IPA. (2008)

Bottle poured mostly in the glass and the part that was propelled by the overcarbonation landed on my coffee table. Yeasty bread hoppiness. bigguns22 (806) - Maryland, USA - OCT 6, 2014
Pour is a cloudy amber with a medium white head. Aroma is hoppy, malty, citrus fruit and caramel. Nice flavors hoppy, fruity and has some wine like notes. bottleforager (3211) - Gray, Maine, USA - SEP 21, 2014
Pours a glowing orange medium golden color with a finger of white foam. Nose is a nice mix of citrus pith, orange zest some sweet malt and a touch of grass. Palate follows with some interesting belgain yeast qualities appearing in the citrus, grassy hop forward mix. Nice round malt, doughy backbone. Bright orange peel, floral honey, fresh grass. Nice bitterness helps clean the finish up nicely. Piero1987 (686) - Iglesias, ITALY - MAY 8, 2014
Nice beer with old hoppy aroma present but at taste is very nice with malty and floral hoppy flavour.

Rated on 3-14-2010 (Bottle) This beer pours a large smooth white head with a short retention, cloudy straw body, fizzy carbonation, one ring of lacing, and floaties. The aroma is caramel malt, yeast, citrus, pine hops, and a hint of spice. The taste is light spice, caramel malt and citrus hops The palate is fairly smooth and this beer is medium bodied. Overall, this beer is not overly hoppy tasting and worth trying. MarcoDL (5470) - NETHERLANDS - SEP 6, 2013
This is better described as a Belgian IPA. It’s very hoppy and fruity, mostly grapefruit thanks to the delicious Amarillo hops. Good beer. Beergeek23322 (2602) - Chester, Virginia, USA - APR 17, 2013

Big white head. Aroma has floral hoppy notes but very powerful. Nice carbonation. Not an IPA but a belgian style...hopped beer. LinusStick (3530) - Moon Twp, suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 6, 2012
A delicious Belgian beer. Aroma was great. Strong Belgian yeast, bubble gum, and sweet malt. Lovely. Pour was a beautiful medium gold with lots of sediment floating around and a one finger off white head. Taste was classic Belgian. Strong candi sugar, Belgian yeast and brown sugar. Delicious beer. Sweet, but not cloying. Nice carbonation. Best Belgian beer I’ve had in a while.
