Draught at Pre-ZBF 2010. Murky reddish with laced head. Great aroma of ripe fruits, vanilla, oak and spicy coconut mix. It’s quite unique. The aroma shows through in flavour as well. The balance is superb but my only flaw is that it tends to finish on a strangely sweet and sour note. Perhaps it’s a little ’ripe’ at the moment. A nice interesting brew. Draft at Max’s. Bright red pour with an orange tint. Slightly opaque. Sour aroma with oaky notes. Creamy and vanilla. Dry tart flavor with lemon and citrus peel. Tartness lingers on the back of the throat. Nice easy to drink beer. BelgBeerGeek (1308) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - MAR 25, 2012

Bottle at home shared with Dad. Nice sour cherry notes, milder than the original Kerasus. I like this.

On tap @ Pre ZBF 2010. Pours a hazy red beer. Fruity tartness, medium bodied, medium carbonation. Having the original Kerasus 2009 in mind, the barrel doesn’t really enhance the beer imo. EugeneStraver (272) - Nootdorp, NETHERLANDS - APR 22, 2011
DBF Goes 20110320 (75 cl Bottle): A dark red beer, slightly cloudy with light-pink head. We found in the aroma some sweetness, but more cherry-like (also some sour) snell. Further wood and vanille. The taste is mainly cherry-like sour with some woodness bitter. A nice tasted beer.
