330ml bottle. Reddish, brownish colour. Thin line of white froth around the glass. Acidity, cherries, hints of caramel, hints of other berries and sourness in the aroma. Acidic beginning. Hints of redcurrants, sour cherries in the middle. Sour, dry finish. Berries. Sourness and berries in the aftertaste. Rather medium bodied, low carbonated, acidic, sour brew. Descent and interesting one.

At a tasting, thanks, 2015 vintage, no head, cloudy murky dark red to purple color, aroma of berries, plums ,metal and almond hints, flavor of cherries, raisins and plums, piercing but mellow sourness. Really nice and enjoyable.

33cl-fles in de Proefloft van Alvinne te Moen. U: Troebel robijnrood met dunne gebroken witte schuimkraag. G: Zure krieken domineren de geur. S: Opnieuw vooral zure krieken in de smaak, melkzuur. Zeer zure afdronk. M: Volmondig met een lichte carbonatie.

Keg @ Stadin Panimobaari. Poured mahogany color with a thin off white head. Vinegar, sourness, plums and mold fruits in aroma. Flavor has sourness, vinegar, ripe fruits with some overripe apples in finish. Very sour stuff. Interesting.

(Keg at Stadin Panimobaari, 20160803)The beer poured deep reddish brown and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had green apples and berries. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, fruitiness, berries and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. A confusing brew. The aroma suggests that this is just a brew gone off. The taste in the other hand suggests this a brew still developing.

Pours hazy burgundy red with average fizzy head. Aroma is tart cherry, lemon, raspberry, salt, minerals. Not bone dry, well balanced. Mouth watering palate. Very nice.

Bottle. Pours dark red/light brown with a very small head. Aroma of cherry, lemon and unripe cranberries. Sour with flavour of lemon then cherry and salt. Sour finish. Feels quite thin, medium carbonation. I quite enjoy this.

10cl sample from bottle at the Leuven Innovation Beer Festival II 2016 (16 V 2016), as "Kerasus 2015". A "very" dark red ale, like a dark red wine with swiftly diminishing head. It is very tart and sour, with lots of sour cherry features, wood notes and a lemonness in the sour mouthfeel. In the flavours, you can notice the bretty character of this wild ale - kind of a Flemish old brown even. Not surprisingly, the sour Morpheus undressed is used for this Limburg Kelleries sour cherries enhanced ale. Beautiful.
