Wow, really impressed with this one. VIntage 2009 acquired from Alvinne’s e-shop. 33cl bottle. Poured into Westmalle glass, thought the cherries’ etching would compliment this beer!
Minimal head which disappears leaving a wild cherry image. Opaque and murky. Aroma of intense cherries and tart, stunningly blended. Really intoxicating with a slight tart edge. Lovely. Can taste cherries, tart, a small amount of acid, wild berries, some candy sugar and sharp fizzy finish. The flavour of the cherries is fantastic, really full bodied, some warming alcohol and a long finish. The malts are quite sweet but I’m really enjoying this. Would like to have this oak aged in the barrel from a dispenser. Really excellent.

On draft at brick store. Pours a murky brown pink with a creamy off white head. Nose is wood, vinegar, malt, & tart fruit with cherry. Flavor is similar with a medium to full body and all kinds of awesome.

Bottle, bb 2021, batch 804, Kerasus 2015. Pours deep red, with small, pinkish head. Strong aroma of sour cherries. Taste is highly sour, with lots of cherries. Medium bodied, with average carbonation. Another very good beer from Alvinne. Morpheus yeast rule! MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 14, 2008
A Mes rate. Bottle at the brewery. Damn Glenn, I was not expecting this. Straight out of the bottle this looks fantastic. An awesome candy apple red colour with an impressive tight pink head. Beautiful. Aroma, my god this is good one. This is only quite young but already it is starting to sing. Fresh and luscious. Sniffable in the extreme. The flavour is a stunning full cherry hit. Gloriously fresh with some wonderful green grassy stuff in there too. Amazing length on the cherries that lasts and lasts and develops a wonderful sourness that will eventually become more pronounced. God it is lovely. Once the wild yeast really kicks in this is going to be incredible. Amazingly clean mouthfeel. Stunning stuff chaps. Rciesla (5607) - Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA - APR 9, 2009
Draft at Rattle N Hum. Pours a bronze body with a white head. Fruity fresh pear with hints of banana’s. Drinking this beer is like biting into one of the most lush pears fresh and absolutely delicious. Pear skins and nectar with a dry tart finish. Awesome brew!

Pours a deep ruby red with a touch of haze and a thin veil of bubbles. Nose is musky cherry, earthy pit, basement funk, light vinegar and lots of vinous fruit. Palate is round and juicy with nice cherry fruit, dialed in sourness, layered funk, vinous acidity lingers. Nice beer ! Pyrmir (6210) - Uppsala, SWEDEN - APR 28, 2015
330 ml bottle during Brussels vacation. Deep red with small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, lots of sour cherries, light caramel and wood. Taste is quite sweet, medium acidity, lots of cherries, lactic with no brett notes. Nice and pleasant Fredd_an (250) - Borlänge, SWEDEN - SEP 5, 2015
